About course

This instructor-led PMP Exam Preparation Course is delivered by a PMI Authorized Training Partner and is designed to help learners prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam. The course is aligned to the PMP Exam Content Outline, uses PMI-developed content, and provides the 35 contact hours of project management education required for PMP eligibility. Through structured instruction, guided discussion, and exam-focused learning, participants build the knowledge and confidence needed for the PMP exam.

Defining Scope, Value and Success Criteria
Define and break down project scope, prioritize work based on value and ensure measurable business benefits, while managing compliance requirements.

Project Planning – Integration, Resources and Finance
Develop integrated plans by estimating resources, planning budgets and contingencies and aligning delivery approaches to organizational needs.

Procurement, Quality and Scheduling

Plan procurement and quality approaches and develop realistic schedules to support effective project delivery.

Communication and Team Leadership
Apply communication strategies and leadership practices to support collaboration, manage conflict, empower teams and enable effective knowledge sharing.

Managing Risk, Change and Performance
Practice proactive risk management and structured change control while assessing project performance and managing stakeholder expectations through ongoing communication.

Project Closure and Continuous Improvement

Close projects by validating completion, transitioning deliverables, capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous organizational improvement.

  • Weekday Track: Mon – Wed | 6:30pm – 9:00pm
    (10th August to 16th September 2026)
  • Weekend Track: Sat & Sun | 5:00pm – 8:00pm
    (15th August to 20th September 2026)
